2011 Flu Vaccine Walk-in Clinics Open to the Public

SPONSORED BY THE STEPHENSON COUNTY HEALTH DEPT.

Please note that the cost of the flu shot is $25 for adults and $15 for children (Payment methods accepted: Cash, Check, Visa and Master Card OR

Medicare part B, Unicare, Humana, NIHP, Illinois Medicaid( for Children under age 19 only.)
